Mr. Rostad was appointed by the City Manager in 2012. He has worked for the City of Regina for 15 years and has had the opportunity to work in a number of areas including the Wastewater Plant, Sewage & Drainage and Landfill. Mr. Rostad currently holds the position of Manager, Water Operations.
